Noon Alignment

More radiant than the sun,
purer than the snow,
subtler than the ether is the Self,
The spirit within my heart.
I am that Self.
That Self am I.
We are that Self.
That Self are we.

Noon is one of the cardinal points of the day –
a favorable moment for conscious alignment and recollection.
Simply recall, at noon – in your own way, with or without words –
your true nature: namely, that you are a Sacred Fractal of the One Life.
