Surrendering to the Power, Silence and Heart of Arunachala OCTOBER 29 7:30-9:30PM Ramana Flyer PDF
In India, an aspect of the sacred mountain of Arunachala is considered to be the ‘kalpataru,’ or wishfullfilling tree: you just sit underneath it, pray devoutly with an open heart, and immediately that prayer is fulfilled, with no gap between desire and its fulfillment. Come join us for a special puja (a Hindu sacred ceremony) to the sacred mountain of Arunachala, considered by many southern Indians to be one of the holiest and most powerful places on earth. It is said in the ancient Vedic texts that to speak of Arunachala purifies the tongue, to hear of it purifies the ear, to see it clears past life karmas. It is where Ramana Maharshi and hundreds of other fully realized beings were magnetically drawn to stay. This puja to Arunachala elicits a powerful sense of peace, wellbeing, devotion and fullness. In it is a deep and powerful coming home to Heart. Please bring a flower for the altar. Please invite anyone who is need of a special prayer for healing or help with a difficult situation.
No registration required for evenings. For more information and dates for events of Ramana’s Ojai-Santa Barbara visit (October 22–November 4), please call Paulette at (585) 621-6313 (N.Y.),
