What is MGNA? MGNA is a group of individuals around the world who seek to assist in building a better world through the process of focused meditation and right thought. Those who are part of the group understand that a better world can be created not only through our outer actions, but also through positive inner action. Throughout each year the group meditates to strengthen the energies of Right Human Relations, Goodwill, Group Endeavor, Unanimity, Spiritual Approach and Essential Divinity.
What is the MGNA Meditation Program? MGNA is a 3-year introductory course in meditation. It explains how meditation can be a service to humanity and introduces the Laws and Principles of the New Age. The course consists of 6 booklets distributed three at a time in each of the 3 years, each booklet focuses on one Law or Principle. Thousands of people world-wide have taken this course and many have written to tell us how their lives have been changed and how much understanding, peace and joy they have gained. How is this meditation different from other types of meditation? In addition to cultivating inner peace and enlightenment, this meditation is focused on service - service to humanity and our planet. Many people who are part of this group have their own personal spiritual discipline and meditate with the MGNA group as an additional way to reach out to humanity on the level of the Soul. What will I be expected to do as a MGNA participant? Align with the group in meditation on a regular basis at a fixed time of day for 15-20 minutes. Meditating consistently in this way benefits the depth of insight. The meditation takes place wherever you are. There is no need to come to a certain location. By linking in with others around the world on the level of the Soul, one helps to build a beneficial energy field for the good of all.
