These experiential sessions will help us to deepen our spiritual understanding and contemplative grounding in order to better serve our community. This non-sectarian community process does not require religious affiliation or belief and includes shared elements found within many religious and secular systems. Ed developed this process through his work with over forty authentic contemplative teachers from Christian, Buddhist, Jewish, Hindu, Sufi Islam, and Native American traditions. Each session includes a 7-part meditation and a dialog using Parker Palmer's "Circle of Trust." Part of our Art and Science of Meditation series.
